Our staff is made up of educators, and a team of business people who all work together to provide job training, job development, job placement and follow along supports. We also provide transportation for those that need it. Our goal is to provide a seamless transition into community employment for individuals graduating from high school, exiting a segregated work site or someone just sitting home. Our values are: Names not labels, excellence in all we do, we focus on strengths not weaknesses, and we do life better Twogether.

I started the Two Foundation and the Two Cafe and Boutique to provide a fully integrated option for those entering the workforce. We are not a special place for special people but the real work place. This is all inspired by my son Derek! I am so blessed to have walked this journey with Derek by my side....he continues to teach me and inspire me to knock down walls and open new doors for all people of all abilities. I look forward to sharing our stories twogether!

We have our own business, The Two Cafe and Boutique, where individuals train in community employment from day one. We are very goal oriented and take our job development and placements very seriously for each individual we work with. Our goal is to change the face of the workforce one individual at a time.
