Hi I'm Gigi, although I'm not a nutritionist, I’ve always had a passion to cook healthy nutritious food. My passion stems from helping my pre-teen daughter overcome and recover from a health issue. As a software engineer and busy mom, I’ve come up with ways to automate eating healthy and cook with minimally processed foods.
I believe that resistance to disease, physical stamina, how long we live, how we look and feel, and our body composition is all closely related to what we eat.
