FAQ
The program provides structured behavior support for families of young children showing early signs of behavioral or developmental concerns. It combines AI-driven guidance, behavior coaching, and personalized parent-led plans to address issues before they escalate, improving classroom experiences and child outcomes.
Families are referred by the center. They receive access to the Vitalxchange app, where they complete an onboarding process and are matched with a behavior coach. The coach helps the parent identify the root causes of challenges and create a step-by-step behavior plan. Other coaches (e.g., speech) may be added to the care team as needed. Progress is tracked digitally and shared with the center as needed.
The program is designed for families with children ages 2 to 6 with behavioral challenges.
Licensed professionals and certified behavioral coaches trained in early childhood development provide all guidance, and parents deliver the intervention via simple parent-child activities. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and maintains family confidentiality.
Centers identify children who may benefit from behavior support and invite families to participate. Teachers may also provide feedback on behavior patterns using simple forms. No therapy is delivered at the center—everything happens digitally with the family.
The full value of the Vitalxchange Behavior Support Program is $300 – $800 per child. However, we frequently offer promotions or grant-funded opportunities that provide the program at a reduced cost—or even free—depending on availability and partnerships with your center.
No. In fact, the program is specifically designed for children who do not yet have a diagnosis but are showing early behavioral or developmental concerns. Our goal is to offer timely, proactive support before formal evaluations or therapy begin.
This program is intended for families who have not yet started formal clinical services. If a child is already receiving therapy or enrolled in another behavioral program, we typically do not recommend enrolling in Vitalxchange to avoid overlapping approaches.
Centers typically see improved behavior in class, social skills and learning, stronger parent-teacher alignment, and reduced risk of suspensions or expulsions.
We track parent engagement, behavior improvement, classroom observations, and family satisfaction using standardized and customized assessments. Anonymous feedback may be shared with centers to help fine-tune support.
Each participating family is engaged in a structured 5-week digital program with ongoing access to their behavior coach as needed.
We’ll kickoff training session for center directors and teachers to refer students and onboard them. One onboarded, everything is digital.
